Jacob Morrow - Owner/General Manager
Jacob began working at Frederick Landscaping part-time at the age of 14. After graduating college, he joined the company full-time, first leading the maintenance crew and later managing the landscaping and grading team. In 2019, Jacob and his brother Peter purchased the company from their father, Scot Morrow. As General Manager, Jacob is committed to leading the business with integrity and a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, spending time with his dog, and being with his wife and daughter.
Peter - Owner/Operations & Construction Manager
Peter has been with Frederick Landscaping Inc. for 22 years and became co-owner in 2019 when he and his brother purchased the company from their father. As Operations and Construction Manager, Peter is dedicated to delivering projects efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards—consistently exceeding client expectations. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the farm and with his wife and two kids.
Kris - Office/General Manager
As Office Manager, Kris plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly and efficiently. She’s committed to creating a positive work environment and providing outstanding administrative support to the entire team.
When she’s not at work, Kris loves spending time outdoors—especially camping adventures with her family.
Jose - Maintenance Foreman
Jose has been a dedicated member of Frederick Landscaping Inc. for 14 years, serving as our Maintenance Foreman. He oversees both the maintenance and landscape crews, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. In his role as Safety Coordinator, Jose is committed to creating a safe, productive environment for the entire team.
Outside of work, Jose enjoys renovating his home and spending quality time with his family and friends.
